Tom's Garage will keep Xero as the official invoice/accounting system while the website acts as the clean customer payment hub.

Current flow: create/send the invoice in Xero, copy the invoice payment link, paste it into the invoice field in the admin dashboard, and the customer can open it from their Garage Member portal.

The next deeper build would connect Xero/Stripe/PayPal APIs so invoices and payment statuses sync automatically. For now, the site supports manual invoice payment links safely without messing up your books.
